So My wife comes up to me last week and says: "I would like you to take down your horror movie posters from the office/guest room (she did say slash) I retorted "fuck no, There is no way they are coming down. Besides being cool they're my inspiration!"

What I mean by inspiration is I write horror scripts and stories practically everyday. Looking at the signed framed posters of Army of Darkness, Nightmare on Elm St and Night of the living Dead when i'm writing helps me out when I get stuck in a scene or writers block or whatever.

"So they're not coming down!' the reason she wants them down is because her mom visits and sleeps in the office/guest room. She can't stand them she hates them. According to my wife she hates them so much she refuses to come visit anymore. (sounds like incentive to me to keep them up) She also throws my son in the mix "Sooner or later Max will be old enough to ask and be scared by the posters. "I doubt it" I said. (My sons 3rd word was "zombie" his 4th word "Ma" his 1st and 2nd words were "Da and Dada")

So Grandma wants to come in visit next week and they need to come down! I refuse. She starts offering things for example: new posters, Indiana jones TOD, Apocolypse Now, Star Wars. This is not going to work as much as I love Indy, in the poster he is just standing there. Then Apocolypsye Now is a fucking sunset! worse of all the Star Wars poster. you have seen it! thats the problem whats inspiring about something everyone has seen? So I said "No". She had a few more offers. Blu rays, Money, sex then a Threesome! I of course chose threesome a( a few of girlfriends are smokin hot)! she was kidding!

Then she had an interesting idea. "Why don'y you put up your +LIVE+ stuff its all in tubes or in boxes plus I will even pay for the frames." I like it! so that night we went to "Michaels" bought the frames and a week later i'm finished. I'm happy with the way it came out. Guess what i'm even inspired.

My question is do any of you have any space in your homes or offices dedicated to LIVE or any other band? would love to see the pics. Here is some pics of my new LIVE wall.

wow,....I wish I had a space like that, but then I have to buy me a new house, as mine is not big enough ;-) + I don't have merch like that. Not even a poster.

I framed all of them myself. There is a store called "Michaels" it has every possible frame size you can think of. The night we went to buy the frames it was a 40% off sale. we got lucky!

Ha! Thats hilarious! she will probably think the frames are of some satanic devil cult band. She will probably figure out that LIVE spelled B/W is EVIL? I can't wait to see what she thinks. I'm sure it will be something way out there like Pluto! She never ceases to amaze.

that poster is my favorite. I was not there when it was signed... it would be much cooler if I was.

but the little pictures, I took those at one show, and got them signed at Murph's Other Bar the next night. I'm really proud of those two pics. I have a giant box of signed stuff and pictures, but my living situation is a little crazy, so I have limited space. so these are the only things up. My signed setlist and ticket from March 12 are just on the shelf next to those little pictures. One of these days I'll get a frame...

The Ed Shouting Face is from the White Discussion video. Its awsome! I remember watching "Strange Ed" (Thats what my bros and I called him during MJ, TC and SS days, we have different ones for later albums as well) which is my favorite Ed period. The poster just explained the raw talent these guys exuded. How I miss that time! Those 3 cds are the soundtrack of my youth! BTW NICE STUFF!!!!! I love the room. Shoot I forgot about my signed guitar!!! I love the frisbee! The live sign on your coffee table (only thing on table) whats is it from? If you have any other cool LIVE stuff you want to part with please let me know!
