Those going to see Ed at Musikfest Cafe, be warned. Some outrages fees added to the ticketprice.

Not only is the ticket price high, beware of the fee game. This is the venue policy.

The tables carry a 10 dollar food minimum, and the majority of those are sold out. General admission has the basic service fees that most tickets carry.

Read the persons concern. You don't have to repeat common knowledge of fees. The ticket price usually has transparent fees added, plus the additional. I think the person is pissed that the arts quest got tax payer dollars to fund this development and they're adding these fees to make sure patrons are charged whether or not they buy food.

This is a garbage policy. has nothing to do with your idol Nicky.

Also, read the comments, mostly negative. Nick, enjoy giving them an extra 10 or more!!!

Dinner and drinks during a show is an easy 10 bucks. When you buy VIP tickets, it clearly says you must spend a 10 dollar minimum on food/drink, if someone doesn't want to spend the money they can buy general admission tickets. It really isn't a huge deal.

I guess the point of the article that some people see it as unfair if you're not going to want standing room tickets and don't want to eat. Easy for you to surmise that most people won't mind. Get a clue asshat

People will always find reasons to complain, no matter how good they have it. Lehigh gets an awesome new concert hall, and people are still finding a way to bitch. Such to life.

I still find it funny Americans baulk at the idea of $70 tickets when due to touring cost and such here that's probably the average amount I pay for gig tickets.

Fuck That! There are just so many options for entertainment here there's no way I would waste $120 for a concert. I'll spend my money on something else.

I saw Metallica a few years back for about $25 and they were good seats.

BTW - how much is that in USD?

And then you had to sit through a Metallica concert after all that! sad.gif
I dont know what the most I've paid for a single gig is, prob not over $100, I don't tend to see the big stadium acts much.

And hoodie right now the exchange rate is about even so roughly $70US is $70AU.

I wouldn't pay anything to heckle Ed. Maybe if there were a free show with free booze and free drugs, I'd show up to heckle him. Otherwise, get me away from that fucking nutcase gay boy.

How much would you pay for the chance to interview him where your questions didn't have to be vetted first and you could fire away anything on camera? That would be tempting to pay for.

I really won't get within 200 yards of the guy without being paid and given free booze and free drugs.
