Notes: This is my first show seeing these guys. Wow. Lots of energy coming from them.
Just wish I could have been more invoved & did some hooting & hollering but, I was busy
with this recording & doing double duty with audio too-However I did allow myself a "rock
fist" pump in the beginning of Tredecim which brings a chuckle out of Kevin as you will see.

I had seen Candlebox back in September in Indy which renewed my interest in them & upon
uploading their show I recorded to DIME, I found out about this new band called
"The Gracious Few". So, I went to their website & took a listen to Honest Man & Tredecim
& was just blown away. Went out the next day to get their cd & it hasn't left my cd player
since! Can't get enough of them...which is nice to have another band to be crazy about
besides Rush!

Please, PLEASE PLEASE....get out there & tell ALL your friends about this band!!! They need your
support & are some of the most "gracious" & down to earth people you will ever meet.

Thanks for providing a DVD version of the show. I've had a sneak peak at one of the VOB's (obviously I haven't finished downloading it yet) and it looks excellent. I can't wait to watch this from beginning to end!

Thanks guys, yes it's FINALLY done! I've wanted to get this out ever since that night but, life has it's way of taking charge & only allowing slivers of opportunity. (in other words, a wife that doesn't share my love of music - )

This is actually version 2 of this show as I wasn't quite satisfied with the sync job I did with the audio to the video the first time around. Any mistakes this time will just have to be learned from & corrected in future recordings!

Hopefully everyone can look past the bobbles in the video as I was only using my arms to hold the camera steady! (note for the future to bring a monopod to mount the camera to! )

And if anyone cannot get this via DIME, please let me know as I can burn a copy & get it to you.

While I was putting together the Ed K Perth show I filmed, I found an amazing piece of software that automagically syncs up external audio to your video. It's called PluralEyes. You can download it from here (30 day full trial)

It's a plugin that works with Final Cut, Sony Vegas or Premiere Pro. I tried it out Vegas Pro 10 and it's incredibly easy to use. Unfortunately, it didn't successfully work with my footage as the camera audio was too blown out so it couldn't sync it to an external audio source I downloaded.
But I was able to also try it out on another show I recorded and it worked perfectly.

I'd definitely give it a try if you want to save yourself some time. Both Vegas Pro and PluralEyes come with a full 30 day trial, so set yourself up a virtual machine, install the apps, use them. Once the 30 days expire, just blow the VM away and start again

@ Doug, I have it now, re-encoded it to fit a 4,7 gb DVD (I don't have a 9GB recorder (I Think))

Right now, I am watching and listening, and it sounds and looks really great man....wow....almost reliving my Amsterdam concert
