Appetite goes for radio adds on Oct 5th. Everyone start calling their local stations.

Per FRC. Myspace has the radio edit of Appetite up. it's clocks in at 3:37. Cuts out of the beggining intro and middle/ending parts remixed.

I heard Appetite on the local Pittsburgh alt-rock station (WXDX) today. They do something called the pick of the litter every day at 1:00 and then again at 8pm (both with the same song - to get people's reaction to a new song). It was funny. I started up my car today and it was playing. I was so shocked to hear it on the radio and thought I had left my CD in the car last night. Anyways, people could call in after they heard it to give their opinions, and over all the majority of the people who called and texted in liked the song. I hope it gets airplay on this station. I also gave my 2 cents to the DJ - and told him to start promoting their show at Altar Bar in Pgh in November.

I've been trying to get the WRAT 95.9 to play TGF for months! They just ignore my emails!!!!! aggressive.gif They were at Lake Como Day on Saturday and I really wanted to drop a TGF cd off at their booth!!! lol.gif

Excellent, I'm from the area but didn't know they played it. Glad to hear it got good responses - it deserves it! I'll be at the Pgh show and have been spreading the word and gotten pretty good responses from friends.

Yeah, I was pretty surprised they played it. Let's hope it stays on their playlist. They play Live and Candlebox a lot as it is, so hopefully they'll keep playing TGF. I've been spreding the word about them as well. I even got my husband telling his co-workers about the band and their upcoming Pgh show. Hopefully there will be a lot of people at the show in November!

It's only been added to 14 out of 72 stations thus far. ^ adds this week isn't bad though. It's near the top of the charts for most added. Hopefully more stations keep adding it and more people keep requesting it.

WDHA just started playing it. They are both part of the same Greatermedianj company, so I'm sure they will add it as well.

Finally!! I've been bothering DHA a bit more than them, only because I seem to get better reception from DHA where I am, although I don't think it's on their regular rotation. They haven't been playing it as much as other songs. I will say American Bang is getting quite a bit of airplay from them, I saw 2 different songs listed on their playlist!

Let's hope they can get an interview with WRAT the day of the show and get some more publicity for themselves!!
