Obviously most of us, if not all of us, would prefer to see them get a spot on every damn one of them. But the twist here is if you could only choose one, which one would you rather see them on? And DON'T base it on ratings. Assume all ratings are equal.

PS - I realize this is a retarded question. Just humor me...

If we're not basing our choice on ratings then how are we supposed to decide which show they should perform on? Is it the type of audience each show attracts or whether we like the show or whether the host will spend some time interviewing them?

Of course! This answers my above question. This is the only show where a band can play 2 songs plus they can stick around an perform in a few skits. thumbsup.gif

But if I were to choose from that list, it would be David Letterman. Live has a long history with the Letterman show making multiple appearances. Plus Letterman likes Live which is always a bonus.

I'll go ahead and do Ned's part:

"It doesn't matter because they won't be popular enough to get on a late night show"

Now that that's out of the way, Conan always had really interesting and under the radar guests.

Leno is also a hack, and his general demographic is the 50+ bracket. Get them on Letterman, Kimmel, Fallon, or Conan when his show starts again.

Different people watch different late shows. I guess ratings matter more than I was wanting them to, but to me it's about which show has the right target audience for TGF's music. For example, let's say 1,000 people watch Leno/Letterman and 500 people watch Ferguson/Kimmel. What good would it do TGF to go on Leno/Letterman if 250 out of the 1,000 people will buy their album when 350 out of the 500 people who watch Ferguson/Kimmel would buy their album?

I know all of that is very subjective, but it's my opinion that the people who watch Leno/Letterman wouldn't get into TGF's music as much as those who might watch Kimmel or Ferguson... or SNL, like +Ed+ said.
