I can't find the English translation. Am I just being dumb, or is it not there?

TRANSLATION

Live becomes soloartist Ed Kowalzcyk

When the group Live disbanded last year, the future of the band members was unclear. Now, three band members form part of The Few and Gracious and Ed Kowalczyk continues as a solo artist through

Exit Live…welcome Ed Kowalzcyk it is. When the band finally broke up last year the charismatic frontman decided to continue as a solo artist. 'Alive' is the result of the new road for Kowalzcyk who is thrilled with the new chapter in his life. Yet, the new album is a lot similar to the sound we know from Live. "I will always remain the voice of Live and that is the way I sing. But if you listen carefully to my new music you'll also notice much passion and soul in this new album. I'm just very comfortable in my skin and that everyone should hear. I am also working with new musicians and that does my music a lot of good. I am really enjoying this new phase”. By the end of Live Kowalzcyk had the feeling that he and the band at a dead end. "We had become too predictable and that is disastrous for a band or artist. There was only one solution: a restart”.

New Beginning

Ed Kowalzcyk may look back now on more than twenty years in the music. Live was formed in the late eighties and their the first album "Mental Jewelry" came out early 90’s. How does Ed look back on upon that period? "With a good feeling. Live and I have lived a lot of inspiring things and experienced a great time with great success moments. I am therefore looking back with a great feeling. But now it's time for other things. I have first given it all a good thought. Even I started a break before I went to my music again. At first I was in a period when I thought: 'Do I have something to say? Does my music still makes sense? ". After several months of meditation and introspection, I realized that I just needed music in my life. Then I decided to get a fresh start. " Ed found his spiritual faith back. He came into contact with his soul and realized he still had plenty to say.

Dutch fans

'Alive' is the result of many months of meditation and introspection. It yielded songs like "Drive" and "Grace" for which last song Ed took inspiration from a news program about the earthquake in Haiti. His two daughters and his wife gave enough inspirational moments. "I am now going to perform again and will look for even more musical challenges. Perhaps there will be one day a super group under my leadership, you never know right? "Ed laughs when he says this and makes it clear that he is now only one hundred percent to focus on what is coming. We would also like to hear something about the special relationship the singer has with the Netherlands and the Dutch fans. "I'm being asked often enough how I explain that special connection. I think that the Dutch are serious about lyrics. They sing always very hard on during performances. The love between me and the Netherlands is mutual. I come here very happy, because people are so nice. My best memory? That would probably be that special moment with Pearl Jam on stage at Pinkpop. I think that was in the late 90's .. really unforgettable.

Ed rushes then back to the stage where his Dutch fans waiting. 'Alive' is the name of the album and that is also how Ed Kiwalzcyk feels. "I feel reborn and filled with lots of new energy. I want to show that to everyone. My music doen’t differ lots from is Live but that's because I embrace that kind of music so much. I am very curious how the fans react to my new album. Soon I'll be back on tour to Netherlands and then I personally ask my fans here "

It took a while for it to show up for me at the bottom of the screen. And then, I wish it hadn't.

The european reveiwers don't have the balls to press Ed on what he's accused of doing, others don't even mention it.

It's simply, we good, we're all good.

Not so says NY COUNTY DOC INDEX# 601267-2010

"I am also working with new musicians and that does my music a lot of good.”

If Nick had a problem with what what Kevin said about Ed then this is about on the same level as what Ed is implying about the rest of the guys from Live.
