I was just watching clips of the massive cyclone that is lashing the western australian coast at the moment a few kilometers north of where I live, and I was reminded of my childhood fascination with tornadoes. I always wanted to see one, in person, I just think that would be an awesome, humbling experience. We do get random tornadoes down here usually out at sea, I think they're called waterspouts, but not enough to be in the right place at the right time.

so....whats one thing you would like to see/do before you die? Or have you already done it?

I've always wanted to visit Tibet... fascinated with the place to the extent one of my dogs is an indiginous breed of Tibet.

I imagine if you got too close to one of those cylcones it really would be the last thing you see before you die... well maybe the inside of your eyelids would be the very last thing, but anyways..

heh coincidence about Tibet and dogs .. my Dad is taking a tour there in August which I would have gone on except I have to stay home and look after the dog tongue.gif

I know it sounds sappy but before I die I'd love to experience true love .. I'd love to die knowing that I've made a life altering difference in someone's life.

I'd love to see The Smiths reform for a concert, although that's never going to happen sad.gif "I'd rather eat my own testicles than reform The Smiths .. and that's saying something for a vegetarian." - Morrissey.

Most of all though I'd love to die knowing I've traveled the world and seen some amazing things .. being here in Ireland although ironic that traveling here made me realise it .. but the majority of the people here just have no desire what so even to leave this little island even though there is a whole world out there to be explored and so many different cultures to experience.

And most unrealistic of all is I'd love to be the front man to a huge rock band .. ha .. ha sad.gif

AAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!! Me too. I love dogs - all dogs - I just don't want to deal with the hair & the mess. We babysat a dachshund when I was in high school - my piano teacher had a mini & had to stay in the hospital for a few weeks - we took the dog - I completely fell in love. I'm trying to find an apartment that will allow me to have one.

I'd like to walk through Central Park with John Lennon. I might as well jump off a bridge now ...

I'd like to see +LiVE+ in concert at least once before I die.

The big thing I've done six times, and that is hiking the Grand Canyon. I hope to do it again.

My life list is well over a 100 entries long, but some of the things I'd really like to do is:

1. ride a camel out to the pyramids in Egypt
2. visit the Taj Mahal in India
3. open my own restaurant
4. cross the international dateline and return to yesterday
5. visit the Great Wall of China

there are so many more . . .
