Hey

Its been awhile. I still lurk around here a lot but not much time to join in. Hope y'all are feelin' fine.

Working toward my nursing degree. Got the summer off, gonna enjoy banana.gif
Got tickets to Live & Collective Soul on July 8th
WOO HOO!! bounce.gif
Anyone here going, holla at me and we'll hook up

I caught Live on March 23rd @ Soaring Eagle Casino. Met Ed and Taylor later that night on the casino floor. Ed won $1000 while I was standing there. Found out the hard way that its illegal to pose for pics on the casino floor (casino security bummed rushed during the photo opp to forbid it). The boys both seemed genuinely regretful of that restriction, offered to hook up later off the floor for the pics. That didn't end up happening but I actually did run into them again on the floor soon after, literally collided paths. I know Ed thought I was stalking his ass. Anyway, I got autographs and they were very cool. Taylor especially is a charmer, I may favor him now.

My teen went to Rock on the Range last week in Ohio, wore my "I *heart* Rock Stars" tee that I was wearing the night I met Live, and she got to meet Hinder's frontman, Austin. The shirt has become officially sacred - our "Lucky" shirt. Austin gave the girls autographed tees too. Here is one of the pics. My girl is the blonde. The other girl is her best friend - it was her birthday victory.gif

She's got some others of him, and of her and her g'friend hanging out by the tour bus, I dunno where she put them on this pc. She took em' on her cell.

Oh about my ride - on the long ass ride home from Mt. Pleasant, the night I met Live, I also met a deer on a pitch dark road in bfe. Swerved to avoid, with apparent success since the goddamn thing was nowhere to be seen after I wrecked. I was 100% sober. Naturally, I had to prove that. I was injured but I'm good now. My car didn't make it.
An eventful night all around

Have a good Memorial weekend y'all thumbsup.gif

Gotta say this - not keen on Hinder's music but damn, the lead singer is a hottie.

Next time hit the deer... coulda saved yourself wrecking your car and lived off venison for 6 months. lol.gif Seriously, glad you're okay as it could have been much worse. Mind you, I know someone who hit a fully grown bull head on when driving down some unlit country lane. It's head came straight through the windscreen and miraculously, both the bloke in question and the bull were fine other than a few minor bruises. The car was write off, though.
