Ok I don't want to start a panic or anything. But these are the facts as I know them to be.

I ordered presale tickets for TWO shows on Friday March 9.
I ordered regular sale tickets for ONE show on Wednesday March 14.
I did NOT get an email saying my tickets were printed for my March 9 orders.
I DID get an email saying my tickets were printed for my March 14 order.
(It seems weird that I got a print-confirmation email about the 2nd purchase while never getting one for the first.)

My friend is going thru Ticketmaster Presale Hell right now for an Allman Bros show this Friday. He ordered the tickets MONTHS ago, they never came, he inquired, Ticketmaster told him the FAN CLUB cancelled all presale orders. He got the fan club involved, they never cancelled anything, and are still trying to find out why a ton of presale ticket orders were cancelled. And why presale-ticket holders are now unable to get the tickets they thought they had months ago.

Again, I do NOT want to start a brush fire here. But ... I am having a flash of nervousness. Has anyone heard anything?

Don't feel sick. We don't know what's going on yet. I just want us to be extra-aware of this. We're not allowed to freak out until we know there's a problem. Deal?

Phone Ticketmaster and give them a flea in their ear if they try and fob you off.

As a company, their customer service sucks balls and they couldn't organize a piss up in brewery.

Keep your radar up & post here immediately if you get an email from Ticketmaster or get your tickets (or if you see a CREDIT on your credit card bill for the tickets).

My friend is STILL fighting with Ticketmaster & the A-Bros fanclub. We're supposed to go in three days & might not be able to get tickets at all.

For the past several shows I had presaled my tickets and they never e-mailed me them. They said they send them in the regular mail 2 weeks prior to the show. And let me tell you they wait to the wire to send those tickets out, but I did receive them both times. Did you at least get a confirmation number? I think they have an e-mail address you can send them any questions. Just make sure you have a confirmation number you can reference.

I have my confirmation numbers memorized at this point with the Ticketmaster Customer Service number programmed in my phone. But my friend has confirmation numbers that are now three months old, a show in three days, no tickets and no answers.

So ... I'm just saying ...

Seems pretty simple. Log-in to your ticketmaster account, go to "Order History" (it should be a text link on the right-hand side of the page). Locate the show you are worried about and click on its order number. It should tell you what the status of the tickets is.

If it says tickets have been printed and were shipped, they should get to you soon. If not, it means they are holding out on printing the tickets until a time closer to the actual show date. This has happened to me many times in the past, most often during presales and/or fan-club ticket orders (I suppose it's a mean of preventing scalping), but I have never NOT received the tickets eventually.

Bottom line, if you log-in and are able to see your order in your order history, there's no need to freak out. You'll get the tickets (unless something like the Allman Bros. situation occurs, but that's generally on the head of the fan club, promotor, and/or venue, not on ticketmaster). I can explain that too if you want, but you'll have to ask if you care.

Now that is worthy of worrying. Did your credit card already get billed?

Yea, the charges are there.
But you know what? The presale wasn't thru Ticketmaster, now that I think about it. It was thru that musictoday.com site. I just flipped around in THAT site. To check orders, you have to log into the original site that brought you there. In this case, it would be FOL.

So ... no puking yet Laura. We'll figure it out.

I've bought tickets through musictoday before. They NEVER send tickets until a few weeks before the show. That's been true every time I have gone through them. You can always call them and ask for sure, but from experience I can almost guarantee that that's what's happening with you.
