Just a FYI, if you buy tickets through HOB.com, they are selling balcony seating for 45 dollars a person. I just bought two. There are only 400 balcony seats for the new venue and the place itself holds a little under 1700 fans.

Holy hookers! Live is coming to my town! My 1st Live show... I need to buy a FansOfLive shirt so I can look pro when I go.

I got 2 general admissions... balconies are sold out already.

I hope to see someone from this site here!

There are still balcony seats left but you have to go through HOB.com. They are the 45 dollar seats.

The House of Blues website says this show is sold out. However there are limited 75 and 45 dollar seats left on ticketmaster. I called the box office and they said pick up your tickets ASAP or you'll likely be shut out.

All I know is that I'm going!

happy.gif Yay! tommorow is the show and my opportunity to sport the coolest shirt there! I'm coming 4 hours early to beat traffic b/c I'm a new driver.

I can't wait to finally be surrouded by people who know good music. I'm probably going to scream like a prepubecent girl when they take the stage. thumbsup.gif

It was an excellent show with a very good crowd. One of the loudest concerts I ever heard though. Ed's voice was the best I've heard it in a very long time.
I'm not sure of the setlist but I can try:

I was there too. Very quiet in the corner but there. The guys and anyone up there seemed very cool though.

The band also played voodoo lady, forgot to put that into the setlist. It was the 6th song they played.

I was on the front rail as well, did I see you Gina? I was the guy with blonde short hair next to an old lady and I wore the blue Fansoflive shirt. I totally pimped that shirt and told a bunch of people about the site.

The show was the best thing that has EVER occured in my life. It was so small and loud a venue that my girlfriend went deaf and lost all hearing for like 10 minutes and we were scared until a small part of it came back. I got a guitar pic from Chad Taylor when I went too banana.gif

The best part of the show was when Ed said after white discussion. "If we left you like that what kinda band would we be?" and they played "dance with you." The whole place was chanting "I wanna dance with you." and it was truly a magical experience. Watching Chad Taylor stomping that stage with Ruby Lou was jaw dropping.

If I could make any complaint at all it would be that if you didn't now the words to a song you were lost because sometimes the guitars drowned out the vocals. Good thing I knew All the words though victory.gif

And the song from the list you are missing nick is Voodoo lady, I remember them playing it because I remember jumping up and down yelling "Classy Holy Hooker" and not hearing myself at all smile.gif

Yep, I did leave out Voodoo Lady, thanks for remembering smile.gif

The best developement from the show is that the band are now selling their cd's with their merchandise. This is long overdue and shows conclusively that Epic is no longer involved with the band. Awake and SFBM were the albums I saw and Awake should get plenty of buys on this upcoming triple play tour.
