I just changed my ringtone earlier this week and did a search for Live. I found 6 songs including All Over You, I Alone, Lightning Crashes, Selling the Drama, The River, and Mystery. I ended up going with Selling the Drama guitar.gif since that is my favorite song off of TC.

I was wondering if other people had Live ringtones, or what ringtones people had in general.

I have The River as my ringtone, and Mystery as my ringback tone. I hate phones, but I enjoy that aspect of it. smile.gif

I had an MP3 of Mystery's chorus set as my ringtone for the longest time. My phone broke last week and I'm borrowing a friend's for right now, so I decided I'd change it up and I made a new clip of I Alone for that.

Just last night I changed my answer tone to Lightning Crashes, so people hear that whenever they call me instead of a standard ring. I'm thinking about buying I Alone and Mystery, too, and then setting my answer tone to random. Those are the only three songs that Cingular offers by LIVE right now, though, for that service.

yer i always use a mp3 of live's songs for my ringtones/messages. Lakini's juice and sophia is wot i mainly use....

I have the beginning of Where Fishes Go, right up to the point right before the singing starts. I had Sofia's intro for a while too.

C'mon guys I still can not seem to make a wav ringtone - I can not do it. Anyone could help me?Or just throw a couple at me??

Um .wav files will never work for ringtones, specially on newer phones. They need to be .wma or .mp3

Ed, just FYI, make your song into an MP3 and then use this site to upload the song to your phone. It's how I've gotten about 10 songs onto my phone as ringtones for specific people in my contacts list:

I used to have Lighthouse as my main ringtone.

I have my wife's incoming ring as the lyric in Deeper "I was alone in my room and all I could hear was the sound of my heart beating away... But I will follow you deep into the light beyond the death of love...Love!"

I've also got the intro to Heropsychodreamer and the solo at the end of LJ as ringtones for friends.

However, my phone isn't completely Live ringtoned up. My main ring right now is the ringtone from the movie Crank and before that it was a song from Dream Theater's album Octavarium.

Yes, thanks a heap, everybody, but when I had Nokia 3310 everyone here made fun of me saying I had an old phone, but now, when I have Siemens with wav and midi ringtones, everyone says get an mp3....I NEED WAV ABSTRACTS dammit.

I've just saved up like 700 bucks for a new comp so I cannot afford a ringtone of live but i must have one! I have dio's "last in line" as my ringtone atm. Bob mentioned that site that lets you upload ringtones to your phone. What kinda program would i use to edit a song so I can make ringtones? I don't know too much about computers so excuse my noobery tongue.gif

Also, does that site cost money to upload? heynow.gif
