Throwing Copper on Top 100 List of Australians' Fav. Albums Options

Abc.net.au recently conducted an online poll asking Australians to vote on their favorite albums of all-time. Live's Throwing Copper came in at #85 -- a bit lower than what I would have hoped, but still cool to see it listed on there at all.

It was also nice to see that two genuinely amazing albums came in at #1/#2 -- Dark Side of the Moon (Pink Floyd) and Grace (Jeff Buckley).

I should have bet on Dark Side Of The Moon. I knew that shit was gonna happen. And for fucking good reason.

Anyways, Live was up a SHITLOAD higher than I thought it would get!

The show was My Favourite Album... of all time!

Now, I know a heap of people that say they love Throwing Copper, but I didn't think anyone would really peg it as their favourite album.

There's a shitload in there I totally do not agree with, but you know.

The voters would have been the most diverse set of people you could think of - they advertised the thing on Triple J (national non-commercial radio station - best station everrr), as well as before/after/during Spicks And Specks (awesome AWESOME tv show on the ABC), and on the ABC during their little ad breaks.
Young, old and in between.

Yeah, ten points for the show.

I fucken LOVE Myf Warhurst. And she loves my pink parachute pants. WOO YEAH.
Also, Chas cracks my shit up.
And Dicko totally got OWNED by Judith Lucy when she said something to him about being responsible for bringing the nation Shannon Noll.
