Dang. Okay, make sure you're going to the top-right of the screen, putting in that three-digit code, and clicking download. It should proceed to have a countdown, and when the countdown is up, everything should work fine, and you should be prompted to save it somewhere. Tell me if you continue to have problems. Hope it works.
