My favourite Live memory was during the Awake tour in Melbourne. Ed left the stage during White Discussion, and reappeared at the back of Rod Laver Arena, on the sound box thing up the back. I was sitting in the 4th row from the rail at the back (raised seating) and ran to the rail. Not as close as you, but almost touching him. He was only a metre away from me.

My most memorable moments were at the only Live gig I've been to which was in London in June this year. Ed's dancing, Chad milking the intro to Lakini's Juice, everybody singing along to Heaven...no matter what happens next with Live, those moments won't go away.

This past May in NYC, Ed comes off the stage from White Discussion and stands right in front of me for what must have been a minute. My hands were wrapped around his slippery sweaty waist so tight I did not think I would ever let go. Makes me smile just thinking of it.

Not quite as good as Kymras but pretty good!

Kymra was that in AC? If so I was at that show-YOU DOG!!!

well....the entire chookapalooza weekend, from meeting my bitches to the super pimp himself, seeing the boys and meeting the gracey.gif after the York Fair show....*sigh* one of my bestest weekends ever... who would thunk my heart was at the show and i didnt even know it... hug.gif

Chad T giving me eye contact, pulling funny faces and beaming a cheshire cat grin at me for about 30 seconds at the Manchester Academy gig in 2003... and me chickening out of shaking Ed's hand when it was extended my way into the crowd at same gig - I think he may have even looked me in the eye for a nanosecond... yep, I was right on the front row people and was so close I could see up Pat's nose all night!

i don't remember what year it was, but they played 3 nights in a row at the Chameleon in Lancaster (before starting a tour) and i was at all 3 shows. i was right in front of Taylor and it was so hot in that place and we kept asking him to give us a beer and finally he leans down and says "sorry, i have to meet my quota!" i didn't hear Lakini's Juice on the first 2 nights and on the 3rd night i gave up hope of hearing it, so we headed to the back of the club and then they started playing it so we rushed through the crowd to the front of the stage again!! rockin.gif good times! nothing will ever compare to Lakini's Juice in concert!

Yep! It was all really nutty - Michelle at FOL told me he'd never done that before. I was the first girl he pulled up and then he pulled up Scott and Susan thumbsup.gif

I'll never forget the feeling...... I got really sick after the show, I think it was all of the excitement. I left the after party thing early and ran into Pat in the lobby of the casino, he was looking for food. tongue.gif

Well I have a couple of memories that have stuck. The first has to be the very moment when Live opened with Rattlesnake in 97 at Perth Ent Centre, it was just awesome when the lights exploded over the whole crowd as they started to play. Great gig!
The second was at the Awake concert when Ed was saying hello to the crowd and he was asking us what he should call us, Perthites or Pertharians and I just yeld out YEAH, and as I was 2 people deep in the crowd he heard me, so he looked straight at me and said Perthites? But I just looked at him with a " I Dunno " look on my face and smiling and he laughed and said " You don't know do you" . So I said "Nop"!
I felt like bit of a dork but at least he looked at me and spoke to me!
