I feel the same.
I'm not sure I want to risk another disappointment concerning a +Live+ album. And the likelihood of this disappointment unfortunately seems higher in my opinion with Ed as the lead singer seeing what happened with the most recent albums.
And when I saw what Kev Martin was able to make with songs created with C,C, and P, I am looking forward to see their creativity again, served by a singer they would have chosen as the most relevant to put their music to the better level.

Luke brings up a point I've thought of before ... CG has always struck me as a real laid back, happy to not be in the spotlight (hell even as evidence in his work with no liking drum solos and such, which you know he could rip into), he's always been extremely warm and friendly when I've met him. Hell the first time I met him he was the one that walked up to me at the meet and greet and introduced himself, absolutely no ego or anything. And when I saw him blowing his lid at Ed in the early stages of the break up ... you just knew something bad had to have happened to have him that worked up.
So I can 100% see where the bigger problems could be between CG and Ed rather than the more spotlighted CT and Ed.

And funky brings up the point that I was talking about, I'm more excited to hear what Live can do fresh with a new singer as opposed to Ed just slotting back in. I mean who knows, maybe I won't like the new Live, musically I'm sure I will, but vocally I'm really picky, always a chance, but i'm excited to find out.
It's under such specific conditions that I'd want to see Ed back, and they're not even conditions that I could be sure are even possible. And I'd rather not see a massive build up to Ed coming back again just to be majorly disappointed again.

That "Never Gonna Give you Up" song isn't a bad tune. Better than anything Ed has come up with over the last 5-7 years.

I've read numberous times that a new studio album with Ed would probably be a big dissapointment again. But I think that in that case it just won't happen. They will only work with Ed if they can make it awesome. If Ed will work with LIVE ever again, I'm quite sure it will at least be better than BoP and SFBM. If not, they just won't work with Ed.

Insomnia, what I wonder about the most is that I only heard Nick talk about the new Ed's album, not from Ed
