Yes, (on the surface) it is about a blow job, but it is really about the struggle of seeing that loving look in the eyes of the "blower" and knowing:

4) that you have a lot of issues dealing with women

In my opinion, this is one of the best songs ever written...

Ouch! Pretty harsh for a song interpretation... are you familiar with Jung's theory on projection and the Shadow?

This song was written by Live when they were at their best. Ed loves getting "tour head" and can't stand it when fatties think he loves them if he flirts with them.

I hate to tell you this, but Ed got it all wrong... That 'loving look' is nothing of the sort - it's actually a 'I wonder if I can move fast enough to avoid getting cum in my mouth' look.
