So who else is downloading iOS4 right now?

I've had my iPhone since January, and it's a pretty great phone overall. Damned expensive, mind.

I got my iphone back in August last year, it worked perfectly until March this year when the battery went bad. 5mins on the internet would waste 30% of the battery. I took it into the apple store, the plugged it in and said that over the past 2 weeks I'd had something like a total of 4 hours battery time all up ha.

They swapped it no problems, the new one started out well and then about a week ago the same problem has started I thought maybe I could help it out by doing some tricks like turning off push notifications, dimming the brightness, not using blue tooth, but no good .. like the guy in the store said it's a fault which sucks. Apparently the battery is actually ok, but when it is being charged the phone thinks it's at 100% when in actual fact it is less than 10% and it shuts off power to the battery so it just physically wont charge more.

So frustrating that I'll have to go swap it over again! Gotta do it quick before the warranty runs out in August too!

Sorry to hear you're having issues, Pokey. Mine has worked fine since I got it, although the battery isn't the best.

I lost my iphone in vegas last year (standard vegas behavior). I really didn't want to get another one when I came back, but to get all my backed up contacts and other stuff I pretty much had to. So I got an iphone 4 and it's been pretty good so far, but I still think once this contract is up I'll look at other options.

i decided to jump on the smart phone bandwagon a few weeks back and got a HTC 7 Trophy. It sucks and window os is shyte. thats what u get when you dont research shit before an important decision like that. anyway went back to the store and invented a problem about the handset and persisted for 2 hours so im getting it swapped for a HTC Desire HD! Bang!

Just "thepokey" I believe. I take days to finish a game though as a warning. Lol had someone threaten to "report" me because I was taking too long the other day. There's a man who takes his scrabble seriously!
