I guess this is because Ed Kowalczyk has not announced a holiday gift 5 months in advance. Or maybe Ed will not give anything. That is a cool vid though.

just quietness on the general Ed K. board? Alive's been out, Ed's on tour, carbon copy interviews, charity work, he mentioned getting back in the studio, that's about it.

when is he planning to go back into the studio? will there be no more Alive-touring? this was it?

He actually had an interview recently where someone asked him what his future plans were, hence an interview that was not 100% similar to all the others. He said he was going to go back into the studio after the tour, but I was not exactly convinced.

See, i take a small funny not referencing anything, and you turn it into a shot at TGF,

TGF shows have been legendary to date............you wont find much arguement from those who have gone to see them. Whether they played to 700 or 7, they blew everyone away!!!

As this was in the Ed forum you knew full well he wasn't referencing that, in such your remark doesn't work as intended. Plus, it's quality over quantity. A small number of fans excited about new music rather than a larger amount who are clinging onto the past waiting for watered down versions of songs they've been hearing year in year out for 10 years. Once again if we're going off crowd sizes as a merit of judging music then holy heck Ke$ha is so much better than Ed isn't she?! smile.gif

The sheer inactivity on this board over Ed's tour (but more rather Ed's very honorable philantropic doings) is why I crafted the cricket thread. Is he going back to record more music?

Yes he's going back into the studio to record the follow up to "Alive" which will be called "Staying Alive", a collection of gospal themes set to 70s disco music.
