My friend just told me that TGF is in the game 'Rock Band'. Has anyone heard about this? Not sure what song(s) though.

I apologize if this has already been talked about.

Not sure. It was made mention on facebook regarding their music going up for rockband, so I think this is what you heard.

Found this on the Rock Band Forums...

The first single called Honest Man rocks pretty good, second half of the song really picks it up. Bridge, solo, back to bridge- straight into main verse riff, rocks really ****ing well and sounds mint IMO. Last half of this song is very well done IMO.

Vocals are sick, plain and simple. Kevin Martin really sounds a lot like a cross between Johnson and Plant here....maybe even a little edgier influence of Rod Stewart.

The song Trdecim really has a Tool type feel to it. Good song, but doesn't compare to Honest Man in my opinion.

Band is comprised of Kevin Martin(Candlebox), Chad Gracey(LIVE),Chad Taylor(LIVE), and Pat Dalheimer(LIVE).

Music sounds absolutely like NOTHING from either band. Check it out and let me know what you think.

He is not on Facebook, so he wouldn't have heard it from there. Plus he talked about downloading the song on Rock Band this weekend.

Hahaha wow this is awesome! Funny thing is Guitar Hero or Rock Band wouldn't touch Live's or Ed's stuff with a 10 foot pole.

I solely blame Ed for that. He ruined their image wth his thieving and his poor writing.

I heard they also considered 'The Great Beyond' for Rock Band, but they saw no possible way for anyone to reproduce such a bland sound, even in a game.

O, sorry. I'm bringing negativity to this topic.

Really? I had been told that Grace was strongly considered. They ultimately decided that it rocked TOO hard to be in Rock Band.
