Maybe, if you're willing to purchase the store cd and you can prove that you did. I am betting that the 13th track will be there as hidden and not documented. The Euro CD states this:

Look, if there's going to be an <insert name of store here> exclusive track, that doesn't appear on the actual CD, then there are going to be many ways to obtain it. Some legal, some not so legal. I don't know why people are so agitated about it... you're not going to miss out!

I'm more concerned that if the bonus track is an iTunes exclusive is that we're going to be stuck with an inferior m4a/mp3 version and not a lossless WAV file that would come on an actual CD.

The second part of your post is really the biggest annoyance to me. The other complaint is really more philosophical. I think it is a cheap tactic, no more, no less. I imagine that Itunes offers artists a nice sum to get an exclusive bonus track.

If that is the case I think it is pretty silly. All I Hear is a solid track, and I would trade out a couple of the other tracks gladly to have it in their place. It deserves better than being a secret track or a bonus track.

we dont know what it will be. they did a concert for itunes this past weekend. We'll see. I don't want an inferior sounding track either.
