I wholeheartedly agree with you on this. CT is a great guy and I have been a big fan of his ever since '99 (the first time I met him). I won a silly little radio contest to Bowl with LIVE (the show was being held in at the Bronco Bowl in Dallas, which was a bowling alley and a concert venue combo). Chad was the only member of the band that actually came out to bowl with us. He sat and talked our ears off, bowled, drank beer, took funny pictures and gave us backstage passes. He was amazing and every time I have seen him since, he has been so wonderful and always gives great big hugs! I am grateful to have met him and CG and PD as well.

On that note, I am excited about the opportunity to meet Kevin and Sean! I am very much looking forward to the future of TGF (and whatever we get from future LIVE). And through this board (and also FB), I have made some friends that I cannot wait to meet at future shows. It's been great so far!

Nah. But I'd be thrilled if some of my photos made it into the book. Chad, if you need any photos and Jimmy doesn't return your calls, I've got your back.

I second that! Maybe the pressure of the record company got to Ed and made him do things he didnt want to do or just made some poor choices in trying to handle it. I dont know but it does shed some light on what the hell happened to our favorite band over the last 10 years. It would appear it was more of the record comapny that sabatoged LIVE then Ed.

If yall find it, let me know please. I used to have a copy of the radio broadcast, but cant seem to locate it right now. Still looking..

I do own this. It's a 5CD-R radio show, but I can't find the fucker! It's listed in my list of items I'm selling. I know it was housed in a blue sleeve...damn.....need to go on a hunt.

Man, I actually have regained some of the sympathy I had for Ed.

His solo-album still sucks, he is still an ass for stealing from his friends, but still... after reading this... I guess it just happened, loads and loads of pressure, wrong decisions, fucking crap management and producers....

So much shit that happened, I know Ed never wanted that happen, no one did! Still it did... man, I gotta read it again. And again. And again. And again. And again.....

The one part of this that did get me mad at Ed was the picking at Chad's musicianship and nagging about Chad that Ed did. Add that to the plexiglass. Those pieces of information irritated me. I felt bad for Chad. I'd be grateful to sing in front of those guys. And in the end, by the time we got to SFBM, Ed didn't value their contribution. COmmunications broke down. Thousands of miles apart. Seperate creative direction. Pressure from the label. It all turned to crap. Oh well.

personally...I never gave up on Ed Kowalczyk, said anything negative about him and the accusations or passed any judgement...I dig these mothers F'ers cause they molded us ALL ( I know the caps )...but really...they have made such an impression on me, you, him , her, us....we are here because we LOVE +LIVE+...and to all the bashers, I would say lets have some respect for our band or why bother coming here at all....?? the site name is Fans of Live!
