Its for distribution, not sure EMI is responsible for marketing, I think that still falls to Questionable Entertainment.

Agree with this. It will be good to have North American distribution through those channels. Will make it nice and easy for people to obtain the record a number of different ways while maintaining control over most other aspects of the record and their career.

I was sufficiently impressed to hear that they will be handling distribution. The album should be relatively easy to find where ever EMI is distributing them. The promotion is out of EMI's hands though, as this just sounds like a distribution deal.
