I own it, ya it doesn't get as many spins as the first 2. The heavy tunes are good (come on it's Tremonti on geetar) and I was never into their ballads. I'm psyched for new Alter Bridge!

And what do you prefer: Creed or AB? To me, Myles' vocal is too high really

At this point I do prefer Alter Bridge. Myles is just a much better singer, specially now where Stapp seems to have lost it (at least live). That and just I find it more interesting musically. (must be the fact that Myles is a great gutiarist himself and brings that into the music)
But My Own Prison will always be the soundtrack of an awesome summer when it came out. Every time I put it on it reminds me of camping and biking and just having a kick ass summer.

Alter Bridge put on a fucking good show, I can tell you. looking forward to their new disc as well as whatever Myles puts out. Never got Full Circle but 'Rain' wasn't a bad song. If I see the record at a cheaper price I'll probably get it.

It is a nice album, I say get it.
