with SHOW i had one of those weird LiVE moments i have sometimes, where this happens



its usually happens with a song i've heard hundreds of time, but havent really processed , and then something clicks, lyrics usually, and i song that i've always liked, but was average in the context of LiVE songs, suddenly takes on a whole new meaning and becomes one of my favs...

and SHOW is the most recent one.. the line that did it was "cling to me now" -the lyrics, with the intensity of the music and ed's voice, just made me stop for a moment, and then i played the song over and over and over...

I remember when "Talk to me. Talk to me, now" from Mother Earth Is a Vicious Crowd hit me like that.

Even tho the song's not about personal relationships or sex, really...

The longing, the plea for a connection, the intensity of Ed's voice/passion combined with the music...

Forever May Not Be Long Enough.

I remember some chick around here said it would be good to go to... something about the slow to fast progressions. I think she is right and the lyrics fit too.

Also, I have totally been going at it and had the lyrics to sweet release going through my head. The worship your skin part... Also, The she lyrics for me have been misconstrued as "I can't see but I can feel" and that has gone through my head at least 3 times.

Btw, this whole thread is kinda gross lol...
