Best Western Envoy Inn is decent. Ive stayed there before. I'm staying there again on saturday night as I will be going to see Bill Engvall at the Taj.

Thanks, I'll look into that. Appreciated.

It's funny. I decided that I'm not going to hit any shows out of my immediate area anymore. And even though the last HOB show was incredible ( since I was told by Michelle at FOL that Ed had never pulled anyone up on stage before that night, and I was one of them...), I've decided not to go.

But now that all of you guys are gonna be there, it makes me want to go!!! sad.gif

Come on Kymra, you know you want to.

By the way, I haven't really noticed you on the boards much since like a year ago, until this week. How's life? Good seeing you again after your hiatus (and mine).

I do want to! But I just got off a week of Widespread Panic tour and the finances are weak. Plus, when I see Panic I see a completely different show every night

I've been doing well! I pop in every now and again. More often now since I started working 3rd shift here at the TV station. Only 3.5 more hours to go!! rolleyes.gif tongue.gif I do love it, though.

How are you??? hug.gif

Haha, nice. So thaaaaatt's why you're on here so late at night. Well, it basically comes down to whether or not you caught them on their May tour -- did you? They'd probably play the same songs they did before, if you did see them. Widespread Panic is the shit yo. I didn't even know they were touring. Did you see a show of theirs in New York during that week?

I am good, just started senior year, so I'm doing the whole college thing right now. I'm definitely looking forward to college (I'm very ready to move out of NYC smile.gif ).

Is the HOB balcony really that bad? Does anyone have anything good to say about it? I am looking into taking the wife to this concert (it would be her 1st Live concert) and I really don't think standing in General Admission would be her thing shrug.gif

BUT I've read so much negative stuff about HOB, especially the balcony that I am getting scared away from making the trip.

Can anyone give me some advice?

I liked it. It was a nice view. Ive been to 20 or so Live shows and tons of other shows and I liked the balcony. I had the $60 tickets.

never sat in balcony only because I need to be up and close to the boys, just can't get the full experience from way up there, but I do agree for a first timer GA wouldn't be a good thing, mostly crazy veterans going nuts banana.gif
speaking of crazy veterans my tix just arrived, wish I could help more but I'm sure it can't be that bad it's not a huge venue.

It will be a good experience. Get your tickets and you will be glad. Live is always on in AC cause its AC. They dont go through the motions there.

I did see them in May - so I'm set. thumbsup.gif

I saw 4 Panic shows immediately after the Radio City shows and with Jimmy Herring on lead guitar now, it's a whole new ballgame. They are gonna get HUGE!

Off to school soon, they grow up so fast!! tongue.gif Where abouts are you looking?
