You should really consider deleting the link to the court filing. Even tough it's public knowledge, why make it easy for fans to find bandmembers' home addresses/personal info.

It's a legit case if it's the truth and/or the judge/jury believes it's the truth. You know Tad Chaylor will have his own version of things.

I don't know who to believe anymore. All I know is there is no "band" coming out of this. It's over and probably has been for some time. A damn shame but thus is life.

I saw a Live show during the "reunion", I was convinced they were no longer a genuine unit. Something seemed very off.

I am very sad especially knowing there are others like me that bought into what this band stood for.

I apologize to Ed as well. I was convinced at some point he was the problem but now I don't know. As much as I can recall he always stayed positive at least in the public eye.

I feel horrible for Pat. He is the coolest dude and again as far as I know has stayed out of the public mudslinging.

Damn shame.

Pat seems to be caught in the middle of this, perhaps still in the CT camp. I wonder if that will change.

For too long Ed was blamed for so many things and history keeps repeating itself.

Clearly, Ed should never have been blamed or questioned ever.

We can now certainly gain a sense from of his recent IG posts and his frustration at the state of play (legal) that was likely to play out.

Ed was to blame for the musical decline of the band, they were dead to me as a musical act long before any of this drama. Everything else, who fucking knows.

Aren't the others equally to blame because they didn't give enough fucks to change it?

The lion's share of blame goes to the person who actually wrote all the boring, happy clappy rubbish. Who knows why the band were not able to assert themselves, but I'm betting it's not because they simply didn't want to.
