You were wrong, so you know the right answer? Who is it?

I don't know the right answer, but I know the band I thought was wrong.

I just got an alert on my phone that the nearly, almost reunited Smashing Pumpkins have announced summer tour dates. My first thought, “God no, don’t let it be that Live is co-headlining with them!!?”
Just never liked that singer’s style or voice.

Nick, I’m hoping you were wrong on the co-headlining thing altogether. I’m going to be way too picky about who they team up with.

I wouldn't go see them but the Pumpkins had some good songs.

I wondered the same thing when I saw that article. I have a hard time imagining Ed and Billy hanging out.

Is Our Lady Peace touring for their new record? That would be a great pairing.

If they do co-headline bands that could be a late summer / early fall possibility based on their current tour schedule are Bush, Everclear, Candlebox, Collective Soul, Red Hot Chili Peppers and Third Eye Blind.

Counting Crows, 3 Doors Down.

Goo Goo Dolls are overseas. Shinedown, Weezer already announced tours. STP looks to be doing festivals.

Everclear is doing Summerland in the summer again. This time with Local H and Marcy Playground.
So it's not going to be them I guess.

Counting Crows and Candlebox would make sense.

I love RHCP. But I hope not, because RHCP are too big. I’m afraid would be Live billed as an opener and they don’t deserve that.

Both Ed and Billy were part of integral.org with Ken Wilber...bald head cult.

No way Billy's ego would allow him to have his Smashing Pumpkins, newly reunited with Jimmy and James, co-headline with Live

What was the issue between those two bands?

What about the spat with Live?

We were playing a festival, and their crew was harassing people. I called 'em on it, and the band did the Hollywood hide-behind-the-bouncer thing. The band is a bunch of pussies. Once you've got guys clearing the hallway for you, you're a karaoke band.

Third Eye Blind's first two albums were brilliant. Their third was alright but Kevin Cadogen's departure was a huge loss. Not sure I'd put them as co headliners with Live though. Definitely would be a solid opening act
