It's been out for a little over two weeks. Give it some time.

Albums don't get time anymore. They are out for a week, and that is basically it.

The truth is the Live fanbase is fractured into 2 camps: Ed K and CCP. Until they mend fences, both sides will have less support than they should. Chad Taylor was a big reason for the divide, because he aired dirty laundry, Gracey did the same.

Whatever Ed did or didn't do, he kept it private. The same can be said of Pat for the most part. That is what all four men should have done.

This is also private matters between the four men. I believe it's settled now and they and the fans have moved on with their lives and their music. You should do the same.

I should also mention that The Turn basically makes up for the shit albums like SFBM. I actually felt very disappointed that SFBM could have very well been Live's last album. While I hope Live continues to write and release new music, I do feel a sense of closure in that I know SFBM was not their last official release.

I have a feeling many other fans feel the same way.

To be honest, I feel shame to say that I am a fan of a band which made V and SFBM.

I think many do. V was too bizarre for me and Ed went full egomaniac on us of SFBM.

You know, my system cannot stand that Live made Iris but also People like you, it made Gas Hed but also The River. The same person wrote The Dolphin's Cry and two years later he made OK? and Like a soldier. I really feel shame. The Turn made me proud again!!!

OK lyrics

don't want your fuckin' therapy
it's all decay
not today

it's our world
and i'm on fire
with anger and desire
not the kind that they feed to me
with their emptiness and greed

If you take out Like I do and Lighthouse, for me BOP and SFBM are rhe ones I am the most ashamed about, V has its terrible moments, but more lyrically. Some of the music I can enjoy. I really believe what CT said about being just a bunch of songs just to be given without doing all the promo stuff.

That makes me want to read again the blog CT wrote a couple of years ago. A must read for all fans.

I loved the band so much that I used to say that all V, BoP and SFBM were very good when they came out. However, over time I realized that I was forcing my self to like the albums and when I listened TC and SS in contrast to V, BoP and SFBM I almost cried, it was the time I felt like a kid who was betrayed by his parents.

So if CCP decided to reform Live with Ed, you would turn your back on them? I just don't see it.

Not true, Ed wanted a Throwing Copper Anniversary Tour with all four original members. CCP balked. A worldwide tour with all four to celebrate Throwing Copper would have been awesome for the fans, and likely would have sold out worldwide.

Please provide a link for this story. Sounds like your rock and roll fantasy.

I would wait to hear the first song. If it was on a par with SFBM then YES I would turn my back it them.
