We all know the title of that track is horse, but officially (in the bands home country) it was an unlisted, unnamed bonus track. I think you're grabbing at straws.

Many advertisements and marketing and the like will break the rules of proper spelling, grammer, and word utilization! No harm there. You put the lime in the Coke you nut! (Coca-Cola Lime, not coconut)

But technically, since Bremang was trying to be a technical wise guy, in the states (other regions too, I don't know) the last song on Throwing Copper is indeed White Discussion. The hidden/bonus track was not listed.

TC, and anyone else...you have a right to your opinion obviously. All I would say is you need not be afraid/intimidated (afraid and intimidated may be the wrong words?) to post your opinion at WD.com.

Seriously. I have gotten in many heated arguments there. We all post with respect though because we all understand one thing...Live is back and we are fans. Everything else is fodder.

I can promise you I won't like everything about the new Live album and I will post about it.

So, all that to say you are welcome at WD.com. The more you hold your own and post the more ppl will understand who you are and discover they have things in common with you. Pokey and I disagree on a great many things. But in the end we know we are Live fans and we have become friends. Hell, you all have seen LiveRocks77 and his rants. Me and him got into it a TON at WD.com, but in the end we know we are there for the same reason. To support Live.

It really is a great website. Hell, in the past few months WD.com has facilitated fan meet ups like you wouldn't believe. Hotel discounts, lunch meet ups, band interaction, and flights!

Pokey won't mention it but some WD.com folks offered to buy him a flight (he lives in Australia aka Hugh Jackmanland) but due to his schedule he couldn't make it work.

Shit, there were even WD.com members that were having medical problems and other members donated money to help them!

Is there less arguing? Sure. Because WD.com cares about Live going forward. We don't care about the past. It is what it is. Ed can do his own thing and, truthfully, many WD.com folks wish him the best. Shit, I do too. He gave us so much. But we aren't going to argue 24/7 about him and Live.

So, in conclusion, I am awesome.

If you import Throwing Copper into iTunes it comes up as Untitled. So yeah, mountain out of a mole hill.

But hey, it can be fixed.

Horse is the last song on every wide release copy of Throwing Copper, nothing technical about it. (one exception might be on vinyl where PD and horse is missing)

Pokey, you're wrong about pretty much everything: this isn't an anti-wd thread, we should talk about wd here anytime in any capacity, fansoflive is not a misnomer, i'm not upset, there are no misconceptions about wd made here, addressing the exclusivity of debates doesn't justify it as being the a better preference, etc.

I enjoy WD being the official forum. I don't know if it was Chad's idea, or OTD, or whomever, but it resolves an issue in Live's fanbase. It's brilliant to keep some of the obsessed Chad fans quarantined by a closed membership, and make them feel satisfied with a sponsorship from the band. They're getting what they want with closeness to Chad, in exchange for greatly limiting their trolling onto other message boards which might have some members that have an emotional capacity to dislike the new music with Chris, or enjoy Ed post-2003, or not jump to conclusions about the breakup.

Bremang, you say I'm wrong and then you talk absolute crap like that? Keep dreaming. Point is, this thread was totally unwarranted. There was no need. Yes it's boring, nothing much is happening. But apart from that, your assumptions about the place are just wrong. What is this thread's relevance in the section about Live? I never said it was a better place, I said if people are happier with FOL then that's good for them, just leave us out of it, which apparently just couldn't be done. WD.com suits some people more, FOL suits others more. But there are misconceptions about the place. So you think I'm wrong about everything I say, well I'll extend the same feelings towards what you say.

TC - you still won't elaborate because you can't. You know there has been no FOL trash talking for a very long time. When WD.com started up we all let off a bit of steam about our frustrations with this place and it's anti-Live stance and also on Ed. That then eventually dried up, we even made it a bit of an unwritten rule to lay off it. Hell OTD of all people told a couple to settle down on the hate at one point. Unless you saw a one off, off the cuff comment someone made somewhere, then no, there has been no FOL or Ed bashing on WD.com for a long time and saying that there has been is an outright lie.

Look in the end we are over it, you guys do your thing and we'll do ours. We basically try to pretend this place doesn't exist now days, I'm sorry this place can't do the same. We wouldn't even be having this discussion if people here didn't drag it back up. We take exception to things like the very second post that was made in this thread. That sort of stuff is not being talked about at all where we are. So we would appreciate you guys doing likewise and just do what you're supposedly here for, and that is be Live fans.

Even in person, in Atlantic City in October, everyone that we were with just left this kind of debate. I hardly heard about Ed or about the forums situation in AC and I was with other fans all day long almost.

For what it's worth, this topic has stimulated the board and activity is up. The place has been an absolute ghost town.

I guess i have intrigued people.

Either way, I said my piece. So long as people realise that WD.com doesn't exist to blast FOL or Ed, that we are a community that has a common belief but that won't stop us from engaging in healthy debate (hello the gun control thread!) but I'm genuinely excited for some debate about the new album. I'm positive there will be some, you can bet your ass as a mod over there I won't stand for anyone being told they can't dislike something about the new album, but I know they won't. We are exclusive only to the point that if you don't want to at least get behind Live in it's current format then it's not the place for you.

We are honestly over this forum wars crap, we make a conscious effort to discourage that talk over there, contrary to what Mr Cheetah seems to think, and we would just like the same courtesy extended here.

Hope you all enjoy the new album and are able to see the guys on tour in support of it at some point.

In order for a message board to thrive, heated discussion is needed. Differing, passionate viewpoints and relevant news are the two things that makes a message board successful. That said, this place got totally out of hand(and i take part of the blame for it).
