Now that I think about it, I loathe "Forever May Not Be Long Enough" with every fiber of my being.

Although I don't think I "loathe it with every fiber of my being" but I will agree that "Forever", at least the album version, is one of my least favourites. I guess the part that gets me the most is during the part where Ed sings "this love is never enough" etc. in a low scratchy voice. Besides also the opening, I can appreciate the rest of the song though.

No. I've never said anything about a DOAD song beeing worse than 'You are not alone'.

I know you did not. I just cannot understand why you replyed to my original message with "Did I ever say that "You are not alone" sounds DOAD-ish to me?" It was a pretty ambigious question/statment. If you care to elaborate, please do. If not, then there is no need to run around in circles. Basically, I just want to know your thoughts on omitting one Live song.

My least favourite is The Ride.. dunno why, it just irritates me shrug.gif

I'm not too fond of Run Away and You Are Not alone either.

I have to say Run Away really gets on my nerves. If I never hear that song again it is not too soon.

I explain it in my review of V (which I link to in my sig), but simply put... I hate the female vocals, plus Glen "I Can't Produce For Shit" Ballard was responsible for it.

I don't know which one I despise more, the original or the remix version. In fact, I think I will change my choice from Ok? to Deep Enough. I completely forgot about the song until Leigh's post.

QUOTE(Simon @ Jun 3 2006, 9:33 am) *

If you could omit one Live song from their repertoire, which one would it be? It seems that quite a few people feel that "You are not alone" is not only one of the worst songs on SFBM but one of Live's worst (officially released anyway). Personally, "OK?" is still my all time least favourite. The beginning just sends chills down my spine, and not the good kind.

Anyway, I am sure this kind of topic as already been done ad nauseum, but let me know what you think.

I feel exactly the same way. "Ok" is for me the worst Live song ever. No other is even near close.
