Ed has recently been saying on Facebook that the new album will be 'darker'. The one track that has been previewed doesn't sound anything like Secret Samadhi but maybe there's a wide range of styles on the CD?

i'm pretty sure anyone can appropriate your image as long as it is not in connection with advertisement of a product or service strictly in the commercial sense, which doesn't include things such as magazine articles and tv episodes. If you posted your picture on the internet at some point, I'm guessing there was no reasonable expectation of privacy as well. you'll have to ask mfitz, i am not sure.
