I saw them in Wolverhampton, UK, on this tour. But I don't remember there being a support act.

Oh man, now you're asking. So many concerts, so many years ago. I really can't remember, sorry.

I did just find a scan of a ticket on flickr though, and it says +Special Guests. Damned if I can remember who they were though.
