why is so many people anti Ed these days? I agree lyrically he isnt at his best like the MJ,TC and SS days but 'Alive' wasnt too bad (an improvement on BOP and SFBM) and this EP isnt too bad either. Besides some lyrics that dont make sense (obviously Drink you like Freedom), I have always quite liked this song.

These days? Where have you been? The Ed meter ramped up a long time ago, about when he started his hip swinging, chest shaving, boa wearing, falsettoing, metamorphosis.

I don't hate Ed, I even enjoy some of his solo stuff. But that is a terrible song. Nectar that falls from Eden? WTF?

I started disliking Ed around the time he ruined Live by stealing from his lifelong friends/band members thus forcing a hiatus and eventual split up of the band.

sorry dangum that was my fault. i am a live fan of 17 years but was a bit out of loop towards the animosity towards Ed. Didnt know it existed and got a bit sidetracked after reading alot of the comments over the last couple of days. I'm as disappointed about what happened to Live as anyone but i still try and enjoy the music Ed is making. I'm not up to speed on TGF or Live or what the other guys are doing to be honest.
