I think that Live should include Ain't No Use by Georgie Case on the new album as a secret bonus track like they did with Horse. They should leak the information that this is a song by Georgie Case and the Flatline Drummers to create some intrigue around the track. Might create some buzz and I love the song.

And it shall be a hidden track. Like hidden-hidden-overhidden. Like you would have to rewind the CD 1500 minutes before the first track or something. There SHALL be a mystery on this CD. Not like the mystery-HEE-HEEE, but real mystery, that would later become a legend.

Good idea.
But it should also be cool to make an deluxe edition of the new album. Disc 1 contains new songs and the hidden-hidden-overhidden bonus track and disc 2 contains unreleased songs incl. Hold Me Up, Change and New City re-recorded with Shinn.

I would pay $300 for an album like that.

I found it on purevolume.

eh.

I don't think I care for his voice.

Like Walk The Line, though, I'm sure Live could turn this into a song I would actually like.

That is Chad Taylor - written and performed by him, including vocals.

Yeah I mean it's cool for something to just throw up online, but he honestly hasn't got a voice suited to main vocals and I don't think it should be on an album even as a hidden track. Not really a fan.

Although I love track, I don't think it's a good idea.

Wasn't the whole point in reforming Live without Ed was so that all band members can have input into the music? Don't you think that by including a fully produced track that was written entirely by Chad Taylor is contrary to the aim?

I don't see it fitting on the new Live album even as a secret track but it would be cool as part of a bonus EP with maybe a few covers like Love My Way and I Walk The Line.

I just love, love, love that song. I think it deserves to be heard and I thought it might provide a fun, quirky twist to the album.
