There isn't really a specific counter, there is one on the side but I believe it counts each vote for each match up individually, so for this round 4 votes = 1 person, so to speak. Today there have been 100 votes exactly and theres 4 match ups so thats 25 people voted.
However I would wager that it isn't just the active posts that are voting since some of the other rounds had much higher numbers that I'd expected, so either a lot of the lurkers here are posting, or I did notice that in the first round we were one of the "featured polls" on the website and that probably brought a few people who were just visiting the website in general to vote. So I'd say it's a bit of a mix all up.

Surprised Mother Earth got this far ... I picked Mother Earth and White, Discussion .. which would be a landslide final victory to WD I'd expect. I honestly thought that if the poll was only voted on by the few people here that WD would win .. if its getting a few casuals come through which it looks like it is, then LC isn't that surprising.

It would be interesting to do another in say a year from now and see how the results may differ from now, with another random bracketing.

whats REALLY surprising is how badly the songs from SFBM did!! I thought that was supposed to be right up there in terms of Live's best work and on par with their earlier stuff!

Call me crazy, but I'm completely tired of hearing Lightning Crashes.

Lightning crashes is my favorite song by Live, because it brings out some emotion that no other live song can.
Be honest if it weren't for LC Live would never have as many fans as it has, but that's not the reason it's my favorite, LC kicks ass! There are no wrong choices on a poll like this since it based on opinion only...you know what they say about opinions right? So no one is right or wrong when it comes to something like this.
