I personally don't see the need to have an alias. In fact it's somewhat pathetic. If you don't have the balls to post something under your own name, you don't deserve to post it.

In the past I've tolerated people using aliases, but one person has at least 4. Others have conversations with 'themselves' which is a bit strange. Anybody who abuses this privilege from now on will have their extra accounts suspended.
