I think option 4 of wanting to ban the guy who by his own admission, wants nothing to do with Live, yet continues to follow their every move, is the best one since its clear he's here for one reason. Thats the best one I feel petty giving out negative rep though, I've never actually given him any.

Apparently in the Invision Power Board forum software, if you get a user's reputation below 0 it prevents them from posting. It could be one way to finally silence the troll?
