what's a good free software to convert audio files from one kind to another? I have audicity, but I can't open a wma with it, and I don't have anything else to convert the file to an mp3 or something

I think rep has its place for newbies to board asking questions. for example if I find a board and ask a question and someone with a huge amount of rep answers then I'm going to pay attention to what they say as its clear they have the boards respect and are making a worthwhile contribution. Doesn't hold true in every case but still
