Every member has a warning bar that appears below their username/info when they make a post.  If you bash another member or make a post deemed offensive by the administrator, you will be warned.  If you click on the percentage level link in your warning bar, you can read why your warning level was changed. Once a member has been warned 3 times, he/she will be suspended for a period of 10 days.  Once the suspension is lifted, there will be no more additional warnings if he/she makes another offensive post- they'll just be thrown right back into suspension (for another period of 10 days). Members with numerous suspensions may also be banned (at the discretion of the administrator).
